Annual HOA Dues at Only $75/year
Not all HOA's are governed and managed the same. Thankfully for those of us who call this home, we have a stable HOA that invests in the necessary repairs and keep things running smoothly. Irrigation water is currently available and included in your annual dues. Many places in the valley have no irrigation water at all this year (2026). Think SNOW this fall and winter!

PLEASE NOTE: There are people outside of our HOA that try to join our Facebook page and begin soliciting for business. Therefore we only allow actual HOA members onto the Facebook and Text Groups. Note that the text group is also a SAFETY tool for us, so please share your cell phone and email with us. In the case of a neighborhood, local or national emergency we want to account for all people in our HOA. Your name, cell phone and email are strictly guarded against all marketing and the list is not shared with anyone.
