We are thankful that we don't have an HOA that makes everyone's life a living hell.  We do, however, do our best to keep order and to follow the guidelines outlined in our governing documents.  If you have a concern about any issue within the HOA we encourage you to do your reading of the documents to be sure that the issue is directly addressed in our controlling documents first.  Secondly, consider whether the issue in question is worth addressing.  Then, if you can approach your fellow potentially offending member in respect and kindness, ask them if they know that the issue is addressed in our rules, let's start there.  If there is conflict, stop, walk away and we will address the issue with another member working with you.  Then, if that doesn't bring resolution we will get the board members involved.
